Camping

Labor day weekend we went camping at our favorite spot, Patrick's Pond. There were hundreds of people there, making it very noisy. Not like our usual camping tripa. We were watching our kids play with the neighbor campers, when we noticed one of the kids playing with numb-chucks. This kid was really good, but it was dark so we could not really tell who it was. Then we realized it was Cordell! He came over to us and we asked him where he learned to do that, and he said from watching Power Rangers. He said he always like the way they did with the "nut-chuckles". I am still laughing about that. Nut chuckles, tee hee hee.

Well, I am so grateful to have the things that I do................the gospel, a good husband, healthy grandchildren. Ten years ago, I would not have believed that I would be in the position I am in today. It has been a long journey, and an ecucational one. I have seen the hand of God at work in my life. Maybe not at the time, but definitely looking back. I can see the situations I thought were impossible, were for my greater good. This lesson is what I carry with me, in everything that happens.
